Directly off the pallet you will notice the spice kick followed quickly by a nice, rounded sweetness. Depending on what you are cooking with this, will depend on the final sweet notes, as the more you cook it the more the sugars will caramelise and intensify the sweetness.

It's not an overpowering level of sweetness, still beautifully balanced by the slight saltiness and nice kick of heat. 

This works brilliantly with crispy bacon and a great way to incorporate that sweet, spicy flavour into your dishes.
