How to Return or Exchange

Ship the package with return address clearly marked as specified below. Please use the same box if possible (or a smaller box). Return packages should be insured and shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking information and delivery confirmation. Your tracking number should be saved until your have received a confirmation of exchange or refund. Record your tracking number and order number and keep until your refund or exchange has been received. SoPro Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged packages by delivery services.
